This text reproduces the general terms and conditions of use, which you accept by using the Service.
These General Terms and Conditions of Use (here in after the "Terms and Conditions"), the Personal data protection charter and the General Terms and Conditions of Sale constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding access to and use of the Service and supersede all prior communications, offers, proposals, or correspondence, whether oral or written, between you and us.
The nullity, lapse or un enforce ability of one of the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions with the legal or regulatory provisions in force, will not affect the validity of the other provisions of the General Terms and Conditions, which will retain their full legal force.
The content included in the Site, including these Terms and Conditions, may be modified at the sole discretion of Confort At Home without notice. The User is bound by such changes, if any, and is expected to periodically become aware of any changes that have been made.

Article 2 – Purpose of the General Terms and Conditions
The purpose of these T&Cs is to define the provisions applicable to any use of the Service, in particular access to the Service and its use by a user (here in after "You", "Your", etc.).
The use of the Service implies unreserved acceptance of the T&Cs. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you may not use the Service and have the right to leave it immediately.
Article 3 – Terms and conditions of access to the service
We are doing everything we can to keep the Service accessible 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. We make reasonable and diligent efforts to maintain the security and operational integrity of the Service by adopting appropriate security measures
We reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue, at any time, any feature of the Site, including the availability of any features, databases and/or content.
Confort At Home will not be liable to you or to any third party for the termination or permanent or temporary suspension of all or part of the Site.
Article 4 – Limitations of liability
The information contained on this site is as accurate as possible and the site is periodically updated. It may, however, contain inaccuracies, omissions or gaps.
If the user notices a gap, error, malfunction or what appears to be so, he or she may report it to Confort At Home by describing the problem as precisely as possible (page causing the problem, type of computer and browser used, etc.) to the e-mail address webmaster@confortathome.com.
Consequently, Confort At Home cannot be held liable for any damage suffered by the User's computer or any loss of data following the download.
The Site contains hypertext links to other sites. Confort At Home cannot guarantee that these websites apply a privacy policy in accordance with the law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data. Article 5 – Confidentiality of the information exchanged and personal data
The personal data that the user communicates during a contact or a request for information are only processed by Confort At Home in order to be able to respond to the user's request. The user's personal data is not communicated to third parties under any circumstances without the user's consent.
Personal data is only passed on to the staff responsible for processing the requests. This data may be communicated to persons outside the company Confort At Home when this is necessary for the processing of the User's request.
If the User refuses to provide certain essential data, Confort At Home may not be able to process the request.
In accordance with the Act of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data, each person concerned by the processing of data may consult his or her personal data, have them rectified or, if he or she has good reasons, have them deleted. To this end, he or she sends a letter with a copy of his or her identity card to the above-mentioned address or sends an e-mail to the following address : privacy@confortathome.com.

As required by Article 129, 1° of the Law on Electronic Communications of 13 June 2005, Confort At Home intends to inform visitors to the Website of the use of cookies.

The general structure, the editorial content, images, sounds, videos or multimedia, the software and databases used and all other content presented on the site are protected under copyright, related rights and/or the sui generis right of the database producer.
Confort At Home, its partners or third parties are the sole holders of the above-mentioned intellectual property rights on all the content presented on the Site.
Subject only to the restrictive application of legal exceptions, any use, reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, of the distinctive signs or content presented on the site without the prior written authorization of Confort At Home, its partners or third parties, is prohibited and constitutes the civil and criminal offense of counterfeiting.
The user undertakes not to alter, destroy, obscure, or remove any copyright notice or any property right, labels or trademarks appearing on or integrated into all or part of the site.
Article 7 - Applicable Law and Competent Courts
The General Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law and law.
The Courts and Tribunals of Anderlecht will have exclusive jurisdiction.
