To be able to place an order on Confort At Home, you must register for a personal account. We confirm the success of your registration by email. If you do not receive an email confirmation, contact us.

You can create an account before, after, or during the selection of your items. After registering or identifying yourself on our website, you can buy the products in your shopping cart online and have them delivered to the address of your choice.

3. Delivery :

After you have identified yourself and/or registered on our website, we ask you to confirm or change the delivery address.

It is quite possible to have your parcel delivered to an address other than your home address or billing address. Some customers prefer to have their parcel delivered to their work, to neighbours or to a relative.

Careful

The package must be delivered to a natural person. This is why we ask you to choose an address where the package can be delivered during office hours (from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.).

4. Summary :

During this step, you will receive a summary of your order. This allows you to check the contents of your order again, as well as the delivery address.

It is possible to go back to a previous step at any time. Would you like to add products, change the quantity or change your delivery address? No problem, go back and make your changes.
