When you place your order with Confort At Home, you can choose several online payment methods.


Online payments use SSL secure encryption.


At the end of the ordering process on the Confort At Home website, you are automatically redirected to the secure website of our payment partner. 


Your payment data is encrypted and fed into their system via a SSL secure  connection. Your payment data is therefore never saved on our website.

What payment options does Confort At Home offer ?


At the moment, it is possible to pay online via the following services :


  • Master Card
  • Paypal (2% transaction fees, of which 1% is covered by Confort At Home)
  • Visa
  • Maestro


Other payment methods, such as bank transfers or cash on delivery, are not currently available.


As soon as we have received your payment, your order will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. Please note that a transfer to another bank may take 2-4 business days.


I'm not sure if my payment has been made. What to do ?


As soon as we receive your payment, we will send you a confirmation email. 

You can also check that your payment has been made at any time by going to the order history of your Comfort At Home account.

If your order is listed, it means that it has been placed.


However, if you have not received a confirmation email and your order is not in your history, please contact our customer service team by email at "contact@confortathome.com", by chat or via our contact form.


Which bank account should I transfer to pay for my order ?


Our partner will act as a liaison between you and us.


How can I get a refund ?


A refund request can be made in the order history and will be paid directly to the payment method you used.
